Returns Policy

Thank you for your purchase.  I hope you are happy with your sculpture, but, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund.

Returns

Please inform me within two weeks (of the delivery date) if there are problems with your order. 

Returns Process

If you wish to return an item please ring me first on 07972 792481 to discuss what has happened and to arrange the return.  If it is decided that you should return the item due to damage (at my expense) then please include a note to explain how bad the damage is and if it was caused during transit or upon opening the package.

Please wrap the sculpture in all the original packaging. 

When I send sculptures by carrier or with Royal Mail I take great care to package the sculptures so that they will not be broken in transit, this is very rare.

Refunds

If you have returned the sculpture due to another reason (other than damage), then I will inspect the item to see it has arrived back with me undamaged.  I will then process your full refund within 2 weeks of the date that I inspected the item’s condition after it has been returned to me.  Refunds, for reasons other than damage, must be fully paid for by the sender.
